The 65-hectare Ollinmäki area has a total of 56 ready-to-use business plots for services, commerce, and industry. The building rights for the area are 110,000 m². There is a possibility to negotiate the expansion of the area.
The area has a complete road network, fiber optics, water, sewerage, and electricity.
- Two 400 kV lines are planned nearby, and an EIA has been carried out.
- 200-250 MW of green electricity is available nearby with a small addition to the transmission network.
